Do I need to be an experienced golfer to take a lesson?
Not at all. Afsar coaches complete beginners through to advanced and competitive players. Your lesson starts from your current experience, not somebody else’s.
What should I bring to my first lesson?
Bring your clubs if you have them, comfortable clothing and water. If you do not own clubs yet, mention this when booking and we can help you get started.
How long is a typical golf lesson?
Most private lessons are 60 minutes. Swing analysis and on-course or tournament sessions can be longer, depending on your program.
Can I book lessons for my child?
Yes. Junior coaching is age-appropriate, energetic and built to develop confidence as well as sound golf fundamentals.
What is included in a private lesson?
You receive a focused assessment, clear coaching, relevant drills and a practical plan for the next time you practice.
Do you offer group lessons?
Yes. Small group coaching is a great option for friends, families, teams and golfers who enjoy learning together.
How often should I take lessons?
That depends on your goal and available practice time. Afsar will recommend a realistic rhythm after your first session.
Can you help my short game and putting?
Absolutely. There are dedicated short game and putting sessions, or these areas can be included in a personalized plan.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Outdoor sessions are rescheduled when conditions are unsuitable. You will be contacted as early as possible to arrange a new time.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Please contact the academy at least 24 hours before your lesson. We will do our best to find a time that works for you.
